Frequently Asked Questions
1. What shipping carriers do you use? We use FedEx, USPS, and Local Freight Companies to deliver your orders safely and on time.
2. Is shipping free for all orders? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are delivered within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your location.
4. Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to your email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
5. What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery? The courier will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to pick up your parcel from the nearest courier office.
6. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped? Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. Please wait for the delivery and then follow our return process if needed.
7. How do I return an item? Email us at support@clarfurniture.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Our team will guide you through the process.
8. Can I return used or assembled furniture? No. Used, assembled, or modified furniture cannot be returned. Items must be in their original, new, and unassembled condition to be eligible for a refund.
