Shipping Methods and Delivery
Delivery Timelines
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation.
- Processing: Once verified, we'll prepare your order for shipment.
- Tracking: When your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email provided.
- Total Timeline: 4–8 business days from order placement to delivery (depending on location).
In the event of delays due to weather or supply issues, our customer support team will notify you promptly.

Shipping Costs

Certain conditions may incur additional fees, including:
- Delivery locations inaccessible to standard carriers, requiring special LTL freight.
- Areas that cannot accommodate large delivery vehicles (e.g., remote locations, islands).
- Extra-large furniture pieces requiring manual unloading or specialized equipment.
- Delayed acceptance beyond 48 hours after the carrier's initial delivery contact may incur storage fees.
Coverage Area — Where We Ship
We currently ship to all contiguous U.S. states. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please contact us for a customized quote. All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based distribution centers for faster service and tracking accuracy.
Receiving Your Shipment
Delivery Scheduling
Freight carriers will reach out to schedule delivery at your convenience. Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Carefully examine all items for any signs of damage before signing.
- Count and Confirm: Ensure all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Report Any Issues: If you discover damage or missing items, report within 24 hours to our support team at support@clarfurniture.com.
Handling Damaged Shipments
Occasionally, shipping damage may occur. Please note:
- Visible Damage: Make detailed notes on the delivery receipt for any visible damage.
- Concealed Damage: If damage is found after unpacking, report within 72 hours for a replacement or further assistance.
Delivery Refusals and Unavailability
Order Refusals If you refuse delivery for reasons other than shipping damage, you may be subject to return shipping fees.
Customer Unavailability Please ensure accurate contact information and availability for scheduled delivery. Any fees related to redelivery or storage due to unavailability will be the customer's responsibility.
